PAYMENT
A nonrefundable Security Deposit of $25 is required to book an appointment (your deposit will be deducted from the final balance). The Payment balance will be required in full on the day of your event, prior to the start of services. Travel fees apply for site locations greater than 20 miles.
CANCELLATION
If the Perfected wishes to cancel an appointment, the Perfected will lose the security deposit. No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
The Perfected holds Perfected Beauty harmless for any claims, loss, damage, or injury to any person or property, arising, either directly or indirectly, from Perfected Beauty's services. The Perfected is required to tell Perfected Beauty of any known allergies. Perfected Beauty will not be liable or responsible for any allergic reactions from the services provided
PHOTOGRAPHY
The Perfected gives Perfected Beauty consent for use of photographs in media or anywhere else applicable Unless otherwise stated.
TRAVEL
The Perfected will cover any necessary travel expenses of Perfected Beauty as agreed at time of booking this is to include parking charges, hotel stays, meals etc. Travel fees will apply over a 20 mile radius from Perfected Beauty's location. Travel expenses are based off of $0.57/Mile.
